@ryanday52 Black Lightning debuted in Black Lightning #1 April 1977 in DC Comics. Static first appears in Static #1 April 1993 in DCs Milestone Comics imprint. This looks like Black Lightning with a hoodie rather than a '70 jumpsuit.
