  • Our gym has had this for a long time - called a torsonator

  • VERY ORIGANAL..THANKS. I SUBSCRIBED. I WILL USE THESE METHODS WITH MY CLIENTS. CHECK OUT MY CHANNEL AND LET ME KNOW WHAT YOU THINK. THANKS!

  • I didn't know Stephen Carell developed this.

  • some of the exercises ur doin are way too fast u tool

  • Good rotational exercises. But yes corner will work just fine. ..unless you really want to spend money on that.

  • Where can you buy that bar?

  • YEAH RIGHT PFFFFFFFF

  • nice

  • This looks interesting.. I havent seen this before..

  • oh god no its the new kettle bell in a few months every nut in the gym will be doing this ,....and taking up all the room

  • 0:33 this is what slaves used to do in the old days

  • @Kanashto lmao

  • Hi this is a ripoff from the original patented design called the rotaciser

  • If you can't figure out a place to attach a resistance strap that gives you the flexibility to do just a little more than this and most of it with a much wider variety of poses and directions of weight load vector (like infinite). Certainly if you have the space, money, etc to purchase an aircraft carrier size gym then after the olympic pool and the indoor walking track the ball courts and archery and shooting ranges (and a *few* other items) this would be a refinement. LOL!

  • All he displays is "the freedom found in using bands, JC bands and body weight movements"....really showing the obsolecence of "maichines" "weights" yet he still uses them? accept that they are not needed my man (I am 3% bf, solid build and without much effort now, and never go into the gym)...TRX, BANDS AND FLOOR ALLS YA' NEED

  • In the word of the Hodgetwins " This is BULLSHIT" (With the echo)

  • SICK!!!!

  • Looks innovative, would love to try it

  • @onemindonespirit actually your punching power comes from your core and your triceps.

  • @here4beer100 your punching power comes from your legs, hips, core and back. The kinetic chain!

  • its good and usefull, and doesnt restrict you to a corner, handy in gyms where corners have been ground to fuck by people doing this without this invention. Its a handy little extra.

  • @shengchenfan This is starting to get really creepy.

  • Great for increasing punching power.

  • Ah the things gym douche bags think up.

  • @onemindonespirit Thats why they are ahead of your beer drinking ass.

  • @shengchenfan That's what I love about youtube douche bags--you hide behind a computer and make some big assumptions. I don't drink beer and am way ahead of the douche bags who think they need the latest and greatest fitness gimmick. Spend more time doing real lifts.

  • a barbell in a wall corner destroy the wall.. ive tried this

and this estabilization alows u to make some deslocations without the bar end moves

i thoght my idea very original last month... but seems u had it first haha

    damm

  • Godmyster388

  • some ugly joint positions in there....granted in the course of everyday or sports motion ugly joint positions happen.....just not repetitively or with such loads......love the machine, use one with clients every day, but personally i think some of those movements are too creative and not realistic

  • Am liking this - so long as the form is excellent - my athletes can use this for their athletic performance. If anyone else wants full body athletic conditioning check out surf training secrets.

  • Spine...? Lots of loaded flexion and rotation going on there.

  • look nice but good luck to the spine.

  • I've been dreaming of this device. I want to know where to purchase one?

  • Why not use a dumbbell? Probably because you are one.

  • Hey if Steve Carell was casted for this video then who am I to question the merits!?

  • I'm sorry... this guys looks goofy as hell.

  • its a good workout but could make a potential damage to the lower back which could be a person to the sideline for a while.

  • @chikilan11 if your lower back is strong from lifting weights, then it's less likly to damage, and if you stretch it also

  • I'm not sure all of those movement are that great in a damage point of view..

  • Great little piece of eqquipment. I think all gyms should have one. Its really great for all aspects for the body such as rotation, power and core strength. Great way to mix it up a little, if your not tunnel vision about fitness and working out.

  • SOOOO .. how much is it ??

  • @ubermensch81 $199!!!!!!

  • Love this apparatus. So much versatility.

  • Good ! congratulation

    Good luck for business

  • cant you just put one end of a barbell in a wall corner and itd do the exact same thing?

  • @godmyster388 You just single-handedly ruined an invention. Well played sir!

  • @SOCOMSoldier01 Godmyster388 didn't single handedly ruin this invention...it pretty much ruined itself by not doing anything special. Still kudos to Godmyster388.

  • @godmyster388 thats what i do! mind you it soes ruin the skirting board!

  • @creasybear3 put a towel in the corner to protect the wall or trim

  • @lisareneetaija That's what I been doing. Works perfectly fine. I use it for back.

  • @godmyster388 thats what i do! mind you it does ruin the skirting board!

  • @godmyster388 yeah but it wouldn't be as cool

  • @godmyster388 lol a bunch of us have effectively drilled a 4" hole in the concrete corner of our gym over the last 2 years by putting the barbell in the corner.

& the corner doesn't work too well if you use heavy weights... then again I'm not that strong, but my buddy kills it. Always have to recruit someone to stand on the opposite side.

  • @godmyster388 what if your in a round room XP lol

  • @leahcimevlak Please die.

  • @Xaikar all in good time XD

  • @leahcimevlak Set the end with no weights in the center of the room and do any of these exercises.

  • @godmyster388 yea but you screw up the wall

  • @3QuaNiMiTyy You could simply let one end of the barbell in the middle of a floor (obviously not recommended on wood or tile, carpet works well) and do any one of these exercises.

  • @godmyster388 I believe that same thought came to all rational thinkers that viewed this video. I do these exercises by just letting one end of the barbell sit on the floor, not even in a corner. If you didn't call it, someone would have.

  • @godmyster388

theres hundreds of companies that make exactly the same product

  • @godmyster388 I think you're right. You just have to weigh it down with something.

  • @godmyster388 yup!!

  • damn all you need is a barbell and dumbells, you could waste about 600 bucks total assuming you buy alot of plates so you go heavy in all these excercises. you'll develop alot of strength

  • wish i weren't broke

  • @HerDarkestHour

    me,too xD

  • looks good !

dynamic power with rotation is one thing, controlling your movement another !

  • cool , thats not a bad little piece of equipment , you guys should try pitching this to major gyms here in australia , if you havent already done it in the us
