  • nice one...:-)

  • out standing!

  • wht we have achieved in past 6-7 years, took indians over 20 years [plus copying korian, english and arabic songs] to reach at that level of production. even if you listen to the song my friend and i are making you will see different sort of try outs going on all of the place. We just need some time, and ppl need to buy CDs rather than downloading em. tht together will help us to improve our music industry inshallah. :D

  • well one thing i like about balam is that his pronunciation is very clear compare to many other vocalists back home. Even compare to Habib [Though I consider him my guru). As for sound quality.. you need to earn a lot to improve on those areas. As I said BD doesnt have a huge market, besides musicians gets paid very little. it is hard for em to build up a studio like A.R.Rahman or tht sort. But to me BD is going in the right direction in terms of music and TV broadcasting.

  • @DhanShirian: Agree with you 100% about the pronounciation comment. I am a relatively older person and get very dissappointment with the "anglosized" bangla pronouciation by some of the new generation of singers....but I like Balam's....

  • But I think at this point, you better dig up a bit more about last 5 years Bangladeshi music (not indian bengali), and see how wrong you are :P Search for Habib Wahid. tabla, sitar was introduced in Bangladeshi pop music back in 2002-03. in fact old bengali songs are all based on those rich (!) instruments of urs. God knowz wht have u heard n thought those were from bangladesh.

  • Bangladeshi modern music should include more of acoustic and rich instruments like Tabla/Sitar and Habib Wahid (a friend of mine and have performed together in UK) has introduced it and took BD music in a different platform! Look at Bollywood, Tabla/dholak and compositions are amazing due to classical base. In BD it is all about promoting silly average band music for them selves. Thats why Indians have reached world wide audience with their music and BD should folow their example!

  • well there are a lot like such too. for example rafa and fuad. they are doing lotz of good chunk of music using acoustic guiter and so on. However, we have to understand that we do not have a huge market like the indians. They do not allow Bangladeshi entertainments to enter into the Indian market either. If we ban indian entertainments then BD ent. might flourish even at a greater extent. But habib has triggered a change. n BD is improving. but balam is good too. whts wrong with this song?

  • Regard's to this song, there is nothing special about this song. Same old average composition, but to Balam's fan, this song is amazing. My observation is from a musicians perspective and quality of the composition. on the whole. This song is good but nothing great. They will never allow BD music in their market because BD music has lots to learn. Its not not just music but also music videos/sound quality where BD is lacking! Indians are smart as they are marketing to the world..BD must learn!

  • hey,, have u lost ur mind??? WTH r u talking about huh? r u saying that HABIB introduced TABLA nd SITAR in BD? dude, dont talk anything if u dont kno about BD ok.....I blv that Habib brought a big change in BDeshi music, but we r using those instrument from way back ,,,,, what is ur nationality?

  • If you read my comments again, I never said he "introduced tabla"..I said he has incooperated Tabla/santoor in pop and modern music in BD more than anyone else and correctly! Do you now understand me or do you need more clarification??

  • I got it lol, i got it........

    never mind plzzzzzzzzz!d

  • Now, the way you kept saying all the negative stuff, i missed your point too! I read few of your previous comments and didnt expect anything good from you. So skipped a big chunk of your comment. :D Sorry for tht

  • i lo ve too

  • you son of a bitch, your talking about my country saying that we copy. what kind of Musician are,you talking bad about another country. if your Musician talk about the music. By the way asshole i am not the one who go around bombing other country, mother fucker

  • how did bangladesh copy this song. Are you retarded

  • Listen up you piece of shit, I wasn't specific on this song but rather generalising the entire BD music industry which is lacking creativity and richness...and is confused..they have poor music videos too and are lazy! It is about time they introduce rich music using acoustic north Indian instrument such as Tabla, Sitar as the other countries are doing with the pop music..It is all same as 80's shit and they need to be more creative..cheapness satisfy u than good for u, not me..idiot!

  • who is telling you to listen to bangla song so i think your the idiot!

  • Hi Ashole, no one is telling me to listen to Bangla song but as a Musician, I have to listen to all type of music by choice and I have every right to observe and comment on what I feel about certain music..so what is your fucking problem? What do you fuckin know about music? you are fed rubbish and you enjoy, so good for you...ppl like you who do not know any thing about music should shut up as you are not in a position to comment. Idiot!

  • i am sure ur a Bengali bitch hiding behind his PC m fucker. when u bitch gng to learn that dont listen to stuff that u don't want to. Tell ur mom to teach u some respect for other people culture. Ohh wait people like you don't event know how to respect their own mother.

  • Like I have said, If you are happy with the cheapness in music, influenced by West yet you boost about your culture..good for you son. Let me tell you some thing, you don't have any idea on quality muscic,..u are just being rubbish..no wonder BD music industry is in a shit state COS LISTENERS LIKE YOU ARE THE REASON! .when i visited dhaka, i only found 3 engineers who are fuckin good with logic soundsoftware...it is terrible..IDIOT!

  • loooolll... see who is talking!

it is not the Bangladeshis who steal every possible Korian songs and translate into Hindi, ie. Pehle Nazar Main. :D Buddy! Indians are born stealer. First try to change your ppl, then come talk to us! :D And if tabla is an indian instrument and we are not allowed to us em for our own purpose, plz don use computer or cars since those are british technology. khikz. indians are truly stupid!

  • You are an example of how stupid Bangladeshi's from Bangladesh are! You need to learn English properly..When did I say I am Indian? When did i say you cannot use Tabla? I said completly the opposite you fool.

  • :D haha why do you think we have fought for our language dummy! We don prefer being from one nationality and speaking in another language like the indianz! :D

  • sucks

  • rajaur espen razu es tu papi
