  • I'm converting a car over to electric. U can 2!!

  • i said stop it man.. you're a dumbass

  • lol.. dude btw im chinese, not white... you talk like a translator.. or a trash talk generator.. please man stop bothering me.. youre so full of bull.. its starting to be a waste of time..

  • (part2)what do you have against them? every country had a bad history of war and colonization. if you hate it so much, why dont you just leave the country? why do you use their electricity, housing, water and support their government? you dont have to reply to this, you would have nothing to say. just go back to your american school and tell your american friends about love and peace. later man.

  • (part1)hahaha.. seriously man. you sound like a top class idiot right now.. you are probably just a little racist 6th grader repeating yourself over and over again but really you have no point to this. anyways. the davos question is not raised only by white people. and if it was, so what?

  • That is 83.34% if your facts are right.

.. anyways what is your point to this?

  • leadtogold. High Regard! The device to propel electric vehicles/vessels/cars was invented back in 1960. Those interested can see this device on YouTube - Electricity Without Fuel. This device uses the Force of Gravity as an energizer. 70% of fuel in cars is wasted as excess heat hence Global Warming. We do not need fuel anymore! We need intelligence! The world belongs to the young! TWS

  • What are you talking about?

Please rethink and rephrase your thoughts. The "EVIL WHITE RACE" cannot possibly "[consume]90% OF WORLD'S "ENERGY , OIL, GAS, FOOD, WATER & CLOTHING", BEING ONLY "10% OF WORLD POPULATION." get your statistics right. You are ridiculous.

I think that this was a great video.

  • Don't charge but change batteries at 'gas' stations. Great idea i thought 10 years ago but too lazy to do math, then&now. I read some americans & israelis just got funding to research/trial. Good luck to them; ... millions of used batteries will be poisonous but so are current oil tyrants.

  • The batteries are reusable. And from what I here they will be made from recyclable material.

  • Lithium Ion batteries loose their energy capacity when recycled. I have yet to see any demonstration that they are recyclable. If anyone has information on that I would be glad to see it.

  • The Israeli car battery system is not lithium based, it is potassium based, almost negligible heat displacement.

  • I've heard them mention using a Lithium-Iron-Phosphate battery a few times. Their website says they're not particular to one battery type, so as long as a battery-maker makes one that's compatible with their interface, it'll work.

  • Depending on were you get your statistics from WATER VAPOR takes up the majority of green house gases. Water vapor is barley affected by humans with the exception in local areas with irrigation. Global warming is a natural process which at most we humans are speeding up. What we should be doing is planning for the ice age that is over due...

  • Actually i dont understand why we don't implement any of these alternative fuels. For example almost all cars could run on pure ethanol without any modification yet that could cause corn therefore beef prices to shoot up. The one i think makes the most sense is the hydrogen fuel cell. The car itself would be safer than any car in existence. Plus the only byproduct of the car would be pure water. Why can't car manufacturers and the government try to get these into the hands of the public?

  • Be'hatzlacha

  • Simple idea. Straightforward implementation. Technologies are catching up. Just have to sell it enough...starting with Israel is a pretty good idea. They can implement quickly and effectively without too much pork barrel billing and lobbying that happens in the US (or bribery, as they'd call it anywhere else in the world!)

  • I love driving an EV, and Better place is gonna help evrybody drive one too....

  • The key is Shopping Malls. Put a charging station in each major shopping plaza and we have an infrastructure. *(and you can shop while recharging).

This will make Electric Cars viable as major transportation, able to travel beyond their 'range' from your home.

  • Not a good ideia, battery can polute more than you think, no matter what material you are using, they'll still polute, I think that a Solar car would be greatest, I mean the light of the sun moves the car. etc.

  • Comment removed

  • With a solar car you still have to store the electricity produced in batteries. Check out the Australian Solar Challenge for more info.

  • You mean capacitor, not transistor. The problem with a capacitor, is that it does not hold a charge for long periods of time. So you're car won't be ready to go when you need it. Battery cars help, but the truth is that mass transit and living where you can walk, ride your bike, take the subway, etc. is the only viable long term solution.

  • The israeli government, Beter Place company and Renault-Nissan company signed today to start the project in Israel. Bravo Shai Agassi

  • wow its really a awosome video i concern about the greenhouse effect to i wish ondavos the hear you as many more can do the diference adios !!!!!

  • when are they going to get it???!!! this is a no-brainer...the guy that made this needs to be getting an audience with our lame congress. yehaa!

  • Indeed you're changing the world!

Great movie for even a greater cause.

  • What brilliant concept - you are changing the world!

  • Bravo! What a meaningful, effective, and enjoyable piece. Compliments and gratitude to you all for your work on this vital change.

  • well done. it's possible and this is a huge step forward in getting it accomplished. thx for putting this together and I hope this topic is chosen.

  • It's amazing how kids can take a concept that so many adults insist on making complicated, and strip it down to it's simple core! Thanks.

  • Nice work, Steven. We should all us ourselves this question.

  • Some friends of mine just got an electric car and I had a ride in it the other day. In addition to the environmental benefits it is a very pleasant ride. Because it is so quiet you really feel out in the world. You can hear birds while you wait for a traffic light, for instance. Great campaign, great video.

  • Wow, I never thought of it that way before.

Perhaps that auditory separation between technology and nature that takes place in gas-powered cars is part of what takes attention away from human impact on the climate. Maybe if we could all hear the birds while we drive, we would care more about the planet on which we live.

  • The video communicates the act of asking why and how via the curiousity and honesty of children. It doesn't preach or try to scare, it suggests that there is a way out of this dilemna.

  • BRILLIANT -- the piece, the kids, and the concept, of course. Congratulations!

  • I want an electric car!

  • I want my electric car!

  • Steve, your kids are so so cute. Love the initiative. If they make the car as safe as a Volvo, I will buy it immediately. Happy New Year.

  • Bravo Shai.

  • thoughtful. effective. terse. Nice job

  • so simple, isn't it?

  • excellent work, compelling and to the point with a sense of humor!

    the kids are awesome

  • Why should only the kids have fun with electric cars, why can't we adults have them too!

We already have an infrastructure for charging electric cars, its called a mains socket.

How many people do you know that have a gas pump in every room ?

  • cute kids

  • Go Sam and Charlie!

  • makes it very obvious... there are so many available and superior alternatives to fuel

  • More people should be making a difference with their creativity, like this. A+

  • Amazing... what a cool, inspiring message! And well done!

  • Very adorable.

  • this is awesome, it needs to be seen!
