Blah! Thats's not fake. I worked on that project when I was employed by NASA at Edwards AFB in California. It was a test to attempt to reduce the flash fire of burning fuel should an airliner crash.

The fuel in the tanks were a gel, then gets converted to liquid when it's consumed in the engines. Even though there were lots of flames, technically it was a success. The flames were created by the fuel that was converted back to liquid.

This plane was also used for remote control of a plane. it was doing touch and go landings. I recorded this show off of NOVA. This plane came apart with a couople of steel forks in the ground. At the WTC the wings sheared through outer and inner load bearing walls and 10 floors of steel reinforced concrete flooring! Wing tips!

Seems to me the wings should act like the wings in this video. And fuel should ignite, like the fuel in this fire. Then I have a little issue with 220 acres of concrete and All the office contents being pulverized in mid air. Not one filing cabinet, desk,phone, etc hit the ground. No concrete floors anywhere.

i make my own thermite for my own science-y stuff that will make your nose bleed and thermite of any type cannot cut through steel trusses. whats more effective are shaped high explosive charges which REAL Demo teams use to demolish steel structure.

Obviously its when the fuel ignites that there isn't a hope in hell that your going to survive..... There should be an invention where if the pilot knows he's fucked the fuel has something injected into it to neutralize it..... Ahh just an idea i guess !!

Pootangpie69, That's actually a good idea although I don't know if there's a way to neutralize kerosene. What pilots usually do if they know they are going to make a crash or dangerous landing is dump s much fuel as possible from the plane before landing.
