  • @x0mb33 this happens to me too. but you can solve this problem, if you really are serious about dancing and you want it as a career, then you can go to a speacil doctor that massages your muscles and streches them out. Yes I heard it really hurts but EVERY pro dancer has to do this or they will get some serious injuries. But if you just want to dance for fun , you don't have to do it, but i suggest you strecth your legs for improvement.

  • you can hear his knees cracking as he goes down, mine do that too... is that ok?

  • @x0mb33 I got that problem too. I wanted to check the doctor on this due to future problems. I guess its probably because your using your knees alot and putting pressure on it. Protect your knees and use knee pads.

  • 2:44 is alot harder if you do it with the oposite leg, at least for me

  • Perhaps something to add, wear protectors and do a proper warmup as well as stretching on e regular basis.
