I think Janice took so much on to her plate with the model house, i do think she i possibly one of the of the best agents around the way she does care for the models and helps them out. I think getting rid of Kehoe was a great move but she should have let CC into the house and some of the older models, i think Traci needed to go and be an actress. Crystal is a great model, maybe if Janice had really worked on the good ones like CC, Crystal, JP and Richie it would have been easier.
