(I'm doing a law paper on this incident) Personally, I think it should've been 50/50. At the time, the fence was broken, but she still climbed in.

Yeah, they got a little hot spring but they have big gas fired furnaces to heat the pools and the hotel.

umm no they don't heat the pools of the hot springs..they have a cooling system to cool it. Nice attempt uninformed person.
