When somebody is comin' up, they're going hard as shit --- trying to make it and earn a rep. Once they obtain that success, they relax and the strength of their effort decreases. I dont think 9th digs in the crates as hard as he once did. Duke used to pull out the meanest samples in the game. Not any more. He gets by on his talented ear, but hes not hungry anymore.
