How true and profound. If all our life is a struggle to make ends meet and just that we attain financial security when we are old, then what is life living for? Life is current and while we must prepare for our future, we must enjoy what we have now. I know we go through ups and downs but the travelling passage is so wonderful! Lovely song but filled with cognitive distortions. For instance, not "everyone" knows that love is the "only road/way" since many people choose power or money or some version of "success" which actually diminishes love's potential. As much as I like this song, it pisses me off each time I listen to it. I still listen though. I feel that it's a way of healing the rift in my own dissonances.
