I agree, it didn't used to be when it was originally uploaded. Youtube however have been "downsizing" the resolution of videos without telling people for the past year, to my own surprise.

However you can still see my other videos in HD (720p) on my channel page. But I think I might be transferring more of my videos to vimeo in the future!

@trancevisuals Vimeo's better for another reason too, its audio-converters allow for a more faithful 3D conversion, especially important for psy-trance. When you compare a Youtube psy-trance upload with your original WAV audio file you notice there is quite a bit of depth missing, there's less dynamic range. You can still hear all the bits, but they're more squashed together.

I'm guilty of using Youtube more than Vimeo too tho'...but I think I will switch soon.
