'Well well well'..I must say I saw this film in the theater last year as part of the 48 (shoestring productions here) and I voted for it. Very cool, Jay, you hired me a few years back for a car commerical out west on Blue Diamone, I was the rv driver, and i must say 'thank you', that was a good gig for me and besides that fact that you run a production company, 'you totally kicked the 48 hrs ass!' well deserved!
@TrashCanSchool 'Southwest productions' or something was it? It was a canadian car commercial, anyway, I'm showing this film to my potential team as a an example of what you can do 'with a some clever dialog and 1 pretty interesting set/ idea'. 'Sexy time, very nice' my friend.
great dialog and acting, incredibly weak writing. There was no plot, none of the characters' decisions made any sense (what the hell was the point of the fake check?! why not just tell them that the stein was valuable?)
@celebrityshot29 uhm...cough cough..you sir, are obviously not that familiar with the '48 hour film festival'..for a film written and shot in basically 1 day, this is absolutely one of the most incredible ones. I've been in the thing 3 years and will admit that this is better than what 90 percent of the others have done, including my own.
The little bit at the end with the guitar? Great! My ex would pick up musical instruments at garage sales and play them or tune them. Rarely bought them.
