yes, there's a disney college. there are sessions in the spring and fall. and basically all they do is train you can have you try out the many different jobs that they have.

As long as I can remember I've wanted to be an Imagineer. I remember my 6th grade drama teacher left our school to become one. I'm only 15, but I think about living my life creating rides and shows. I haven't been to Disney in a year and a half because money is tight, and it seriously impacts my mood. I love Disney and working for the most magical place in the world would be a dream come true!

...this might seem a little weird, but I just wanted to say that I'm really glad to see other people writing about imagineering. Earlier this summer, I was watching a show on the travel channel and I realized: I want to be an imagineer. I want to work at disneyland. I want to make magic...

Go for it! I never thought it was possible but with hard work I am closer than ever! Many of my friends and professors here at Cal State Fullerton have been Imagineers. :)
