Meredith's room would have been filled with dozens of bloody footprints, handprints and DNA of three people, not one, if the prosecutor's theory is true. Moreover, it would have been impossible to remove all traces of evidence of Amanda and Raffaele while leaving all evidence of Rudy intact. Mignini framed them.

@WillShakespeare2007 The kercher family needs resolution, which i suppose you could say they have gotten- but with the crime scene so terribly preserved, and the biases of the media- more or less deciding the verdict, i wouldn't be satisified. i do not think it was "beyond a reasonable doubt".

I asked if this was the reason for them to do this why would they also implicate an Italian from a wealthy family at the same time?
