It looks like it was sitting there for a few hundred years thats how bad it was. I dont understand why someone would do that. It still even had the original 351 cleveland in it.

I dont think its a 1970. The '70 model had dual headlights on both sides of the car. This model has one on each side....so its probably a '71 or '72 model.

1970 had a square tale light not the cool double round ones found in the 1971 & 1972. Chevelle SS with 454 engine--absolutely the best looking muscle car all time. That car hasn't been there long, my dad has loads of old wrecks lying all over his land, most have only been there 6-7 years, and the windows are covered in algae and all the tire's are are flat, plus the interior's are covered with mould, that car is has either been stolen and dumped, or belong to the person who owns the land, why it's being left to rot is beyond my reasoning, they go for 70-80k fully restored.

This is a 1971 if you know chevelle's the differences between a 68-69-70-71-72 all stand out from each other 1970 has 4 headlamps and two rectangular break lights where 71 had 2 headslights and stacked turn signals, and 4 circular break lights if i were going to build a chevelle i would swap the 71/72 rear bumper onto a 1970 i dont like the 1970 rectangular breaklights

@TheShepster80 A 1970 has two headlights on each side, four total. This one doesn't. The 71 and 72 both have one headlight on each side. Notice the front turn signals on this car, there are two on each side (one on top of another). The 72 has one piece turn signals.
