there is no cheat for the minigun im afraid but if you go to las venturas (desert) once you complete all of torenos missions one will spawn in his hut and also in the desert on a building site and also in a car park in the desert ot on the train bridge in san fiero leading to the desert :) on the top of the first archway...just look up gta sa maps on google and youl get a weapon map :P
