I dont think it was created by a band, hovewer the theme song on Painkiller was created by a band called Mech, so all the songs might be also

Dude, the fact that its signed "Painkiller OST" there, doesnt explane that it was created by 1 and the same person/band, its the same if there would be written "Soundtrack" overe there :P
