@Knoptop i don't think it will :( i did it on a cheap water gun and it was awesome, but it did not work on my nerf gun, i think it might be the type of plastic. i did not have the spray pain that's made for plastic so i don't know how that would work, but the regular kind does not stick to nerf :(.........weird.........

you should spray paint it red then rub wwhatever color matches red spray paint on it and it will look like a ray gun (i think never tried it )

Does it have to be with spray paint or can it be with regular paint with a brush?

thx for the tutorial!! i did it a different way. i made it look like a ray gun by putting the silver on 1st and then i took the black and put it on. and it looks like a real metal gun (black).

When using spray paint NEVER try to get a thick coat of paint. You will get runs and you will cover up details. Use several thin layers for an even coat instead. Not a bad tut though.
