I have lived in the USA my whole life prior to coming here to the UK and I have NEVER seen a gun in real life nor experienced a violent act. Perhaps because I am not from NY. I am from the sunny California suburbs.
But all and all I can say the same for the UK. There is Surrey and then there is Brixton. As I said, u watch too much TV shows and think that's how it is. But chances are it's probably not. Common sense will tell you that 2 many Brit's migrating there all the time for it to be.
