Nazir is the only one that wears Redguard clothes (and Redguard hood) and he can only be killed in the 'Destroy the Dark Brotherhood!' quest. He can't be killed any other wayy and you cannot pickpocket his clothes even with the Misdirection perk at 100 pickpocketing.

So in other words there are no cool robes on skyrim for consoles that are unenchanted... Great...

I suppose most of these clothes that aren't enchanted and different colors as well as the outfits like Psijic order outfits are planned to be able to get in future DLCs. As of right now PC and mod supporting consoles are the only ones that can get some of the outfits.

@chihuahua50 When i was roaming in the beginning of the game after you leave riverwood or just anywhere idk. There are redguards with those tunics that are nagging another woman redguard that is a supposably a criminal. Idk it that helps

All of these are Unavailable: Sheogorath's clothes Embroirdered Garment Embellished Robes Mantled College Robes Novice, Adept, Expert and Master robes (unenchanted) Mage hoods (apart from the Novice one) Psijic clothes All Hooded robes apart from the Hooded Monk Robes College robes (Master) Fine Raiment Archmage Robes (Unhooded) The rest is available normally.

Wrong, you don't actually get the Psiijic robes, you see them, but you don't get them.
