A small torch for purging NO NO NO NO NO!! Thers no such thing as purging with a torch of any sort! all your doing is ruining/burning it. All you need is the electric burner you have the bho on to purge, if your using the heat method like you are. The final product burnt/wrong purging method = butane in product = crackling/bubbling when lighting ====FAIL!!!!!!!!!!

way too much gas, i only use tin per extraction and i sit the pyex bowl inside the pan of WARM water and extract straight into it, saves carying it about in a shallow bowl!!! good vid though bro

You should only use 1 16oz can per ounce of bud/shake. And always vac purge or let it sit 24 hours and natural purge NEVER HEAT PURGE!

You've still got a ways to go with that purge buddy. And flame purging only increases the risk of burning off cannabinoids and those precious terpenes which give the oil it's flavor. The more heat, the less flavor. Low and slow is where it's at. If it ain't clear, keep purging.

you should use a canning jar and a suction canning device to purge put the goo on a wax paper and put it in the mason jar pump out the air and it will totally purge all butane left it makes a big difference

@beezyb42011 are you using bud or trim? the higher the quality of buds that you use the more yield you'll get. the fact that its coming out clear usually means that your not getting anymore thc out of the extraction.

I blow through with my mouth after the last can. When you blow through, the hurb is still cold, and it pulls the moisture out of your breath, like on the side of a beer, or cold soda can. So then when you sprayed your next can trhough, you sprayed all that moisture that it pulled out of your breth. When you sprayed the second can, it would have blown everything through anyways. MY buddy gets mad at me when i blow the rest out, with my mouth, when were done.lol He thinks its nasty.lol
