i think with your playing standard being what it is you need a friendlier guitar. perhaps something with humbuckers - them lipstick pick-ups are killing you.

Wow - thanks! Nice words. As for the DC 59, I think they are generally better guitars than the Pro as you can reach higher up, the sound is fuller etc but I still prefer the Pro.

@soml Humbuckers are too widely common. Lipstick pici-ups are unique and have alot of character than humbuckers.

I prefer the U2 but I think the Pro may be more versatile. The U2 seems to only have one usable sound (middle position, both pickups together)
