48 Years ago 16 days, and 5 hours I listen to this song and if I closed my eyes It would feel like it just happened. Ed. Sullivan Theater New York.

Now that is one great song to have lasting memories like that.

@twixttime That's what sets The Beatles apart from most other bands. They did a year or so of 8 hour a day sets when they were in Germany, which no doubt made them a tighter group.

@GrantH527 They performed "Long Tall Sally" 14 times a night for the Germans for two years, then put the song on record, then performed it in 34 cities, sometimes twice a day, for the first two tours of the USA. Of course they performed it in Europe, Australia, the Phillipines...man that's alot of times. Yeah, you get better performing it the more you do it.
