I think it's normally played an octave up (a d-shaped F on the 15th fret instead of the c-shaped F I'm playing on the 5th fret), but that's hard to do without a cut-away.

Either way, the chords I used are F, C, Bb in the verse; Dm, Eb, Bb, F in the chorus; Gm, F, Db, Ab, Fm in the bridge. As long as the chords are the same the voicing/position shouldn't matter too much.

I think for the verse I play: D,A,G. Chorus: Bm,C,G,D. Bridge: Em,D,Em,D,C#,Ab,F. But I'm going to make a video of it and post a video response.
