What kills me bout the Govanator killing the industrial Hemp bill is that Hemp comes from a Rugosa var. Although same family - completely different from the outlawed drug producing plant. The USN used to sail by the grace of Hemp. That changed with advent of the cotton INDUSTRY when the South (cotton) decided to steal the Hemp market (capitalism at it's best). The U.S. navy used to sail by the grace of Hemp, and the same thing is happening with fuel/energy now - nothing ever changes.
