People don't pay attention. He's not saying work out for 12 seconds a day. He's saying do it for 20 minutes a day. 12 Seconds his how long it takes you to do a 1 rep, then you do a 10 second reset, so the whole thing takes about 30 seconds. You'd also do 4 reps nonstop, so one exercise would take 90 seconds. However, since you slow it down, it forces your muscles to work more, so its more like you did 20 mins. You do a bunch of different exercises a day and it takes 20 mins, 2 days a week.
The best way to lose belly fat is to eat less,I hate to say it but when prisoners of war were liberated from the concentration camps not one of them was fat,its not a nice example but illustrates the point perfectly.God bless them and those who perished.
@marshalllucky I agree with korvix, although you can lose weight starving yourself, your body will not be healthy or in great shape. I have nothing against prisoners of war but I can guarantee they didn't feel good when they starved. That also leads to malnutrition, which can kill you. Exercising regularly and eating right really is the best way to do it, it worked fine for me.
So about how many sequences of this do we do, and for how long? I am just going to do 15 a day, someone please tell me if that is too much or too little.
go up and down four times, 10 seconds to go up, wait for 2 seconds and later go down for 10 seconds, wait 2 seconds and go up once again, rest and do it again..20 minutes each day.. i did this.. but i have to say that the most important thing is a diet and also walking or footing. last summer I walked 10 km 3 days each week. If you do exercise you´ll feel better. Doing this you cant get big muscles like a fat pig, you´ll feel healthful and strong inside. (sorry for my english im from spain
ya you get strong muscles but at least u get on a diet you wouldnt replace the fat. fat and muscle are two different tissues. so chruches can not be target belly fat.

Also eating less is the slowest way to lose weight, eating right + adding muscles = fastest way to a good looking body
