Now, ( Mar 17th 2009 ), this same road has been repaired using the 5 YEAR LONG TERM CONTRACT. Since the contractor won't get any money for any road repair work during this 5 year period, the contractor, in his own self-interest, has completed the road construction in such a nice way that there won't be any need to repair the road for many years to come. This business model inturn has benefitted the general public. EMULATE THE SUCCESS OF THIS 5 YEAR LONG TERM CONTRACT IN OTHER PLACES.

Are you fed up with the sad state of affairs in Kerala? Are you angry that for the past 50 years two parties have raped and fucked up Kerala? Do you feel cheated and left out? Don't you think you are also an important stakeholder in giving ideas and suggestions for development of Kerala? But nobody cares or listens to you? Are you fed up with selfish politicians fighting against each other? Does your heart cry for change in Kerala? Don't you want to give a good future to your kids?
