How to Treat and Prevent Sunburn (requested)

SPF 4 is not high enough to prevent sun burn and she is applying too little of aloe vera on sun burn thats not enough to hydrate and soothe the burns.

I just cut the aloe straight off the plant. Its smell is annoying and it is the most disgusting thing to get in your mouth.

@Pinkiericegurl it's call "protectyl végétal" sunscreen and after sun made by yves rocher and i love it! it exist another product with monoÏ and it smelt so good, it's a very good protection!

@photoescape I haven't tried that sunscreen yet but I've used some of their other products. I heard from friends that they like it. Make sure the SPF is 15+.

@musicdreamland wow. do you have a job the requires you to stay in the sun or can you limit your exposure? That's cool that you use aloe vera gel too.

While I was researching I read that using sunblock without reapplying it every two hours can be worse then not using it at all. Maybe that might help you too.. Take care! =)

No, I work indoor. I just like go to the beach, the water pool, etc., in summer.

Yes, I trying to reapplying sunblocks cream every few hours, but I know a lot

of people that not use anything at all.. :))

bugger, i hoped to be the first to post, guess it happens when you popular. Oh well, thanks a lot Pink-Pink. Im in the U.S., and in the state im in its very hot. Not what im used too :( nevertheless, after paying my bills tomorrow, think ima pick some sunscreen up.

@Doctrinn73 ok.. make sure it has a SPF of at least 15th and BE SURE to apply it every 2 hours. A lot of people make the mistake of using too little or not reapplying it.
