Eh..you dont know to much about steel, sorry to say. Stainless steels are not stain proof. They can rust. Traditional carbon steels are not stainless and rust easily.
@EDCgearreviews you have to be a nasty mofo (or leave your knifes in terrible conditions) to rust a stainless steel knife imho. Won't catch me spending more than 20 on a knife and leaving it in a toilet :D lol
Can you do a segment on slicing fruits, like Lemons and Limes?
I'm studying a different occupation, but thats part of it. (Bar Tending) I've already mastered my teachers methods, but I'd like to see what else I could do using lemons and limes aside the basic garnish's.
