If I'm not mistaken I believe the old lady with the turban was the best in the game in terms of supers. You could hold down the walls and if you cornered someone they'd die eventually <@_@) Not to mention it can block Toguro's charge there.

I would expect nothing less from 100% Toguro. I like the Genesis one better though.
