State Medical Boards..MDs investigating their roomate from medical school or their golf partner just doesn't work. It's ridiculous. Some states are now adding "consumer members " to the medical boards. I asked two people who worked with Dr. Wolgin about him and both descibed him as weird. It's his personality...it's like something is missing that makes people human.

You can moleste children and keep your medical license in at least one state I know. I was reading public board orders from differnet states and came across one where a doctor got a 14 year old child pregnant in 1994. she had been his patient since she was 8 years old. The medical board suspended his medical lic. for THREE MONTHS....the MD was paying child support, said the sex was the child's idea....I'll try to find the State where this happened and post it and the MDs name..

The child rapist who practiced medicine in Georgia is Rafael Razuri...the medical board ordered the THREE MONTH suspension in Dec. 1994. When I was trying to find his name I found a board order dated Jan. 2008 where he voluntarily surrendered his license. Didn't say why he lost in license in 2008.

I don't know anyone on this site, but I do know Sam. I saw him healing people of a variety of illnesses in Mexico. What is missing in the commnets, is the fact that after Sam filed suit against Cedar Sinai an attempt to kill him took place. While he driving his car, two men ran him off of the road. Sam got out of his car and approached the two men. One man threw acid in Sam's face. He is terribly scarred by this injury. This was done because he and his work threatened big business & Cedar Sinai.
