Yes... They are the same company, they just made another website to be able to be paid from customers with paypal, since they had trouble with it with their previous website ;)!
Be carefull with cutting the pakage becouse if you damage the original box of the laser and something is wrong you might get problems sending it back.
you should unbox a new and better webcam!
