@ChunmaiRoo In order to understand what happened, you have to remember the definition of a Japanese spirit who bears a "grudge". Even though she had the best intentions, the girl's mother acted irrationally when she committed suicide with her daughter. Now, along with her sister, she's cursed and even worse off than the other because of the violent death she's experienced, that's why her spirit body is black and she seeks revenge on anyone who was involved in her life (for example, the nurse).

@skyabove93 I'll explain the ending cause everything is linked, so its hard to explain the whole thing:

So, Fukie had 2 souls, one her own and the other was of her unborn twin sister, meaning that her twin died before being born. So her aunt (Mariko) exorcised the spirit. Thinking it was all over Mariko returned to her house, and late at night recieved a phone call from the unborn twin. Mariko had actually exorcised Fukie instead of the dead twin... (almost out of space)

@skyabove93 Continued: So the dead twin, now it the body of Fukie, killed Mariko as an act of veangeance, and I think the rest of the family. Fukie's mother, Mariko's sister, knowing that her daughter had been vanished instead of the dead twin, grabs her daughter while she sleeps and jumps with her off the hospital building. I'm not exactly sure of this part but I'll add it anyway, while they are both lying almost dead on the floor, the mother sees Fukie's soul staring at her. The End :D

Suprisingly (sarcasm), the last character is Kiwako. Whereas the last character in the original Ju On Movies is Kayako. Anyone else notice the similarities?

And the theme music is almost exactly like Ju On the Grudge's. And in the end of Ju On the Grudge 2, Mahashi, the main character's fiance, jumps off his wheelchair off a hospital building roof. No de ja vu at all!

P.S. I still have no idea wtf is with that mentally queer guy looking for that black spirit.
