@motionman0 not correct. this DOES dissolve in water. or else it will feel like drinking sand. this dissolved 100% if you use a good amount of water. and even if a little didnt dissolve it will still get absorbed in the liver and intestines.
You also do not need to cycle creatine monohydrate! Nor (As others have said) do you have to load up on it when you first take it. Get the facts my friend.

if you just started taking it, load for 5 days, then use the regular 1 scoop for the rest of that month... then stop using creatine and 1 month. and then just repeat the entire process again, including loading.

sorry bout the comment spam but at the end you said "no sugar" , creatine's work the most effectively with a dextrose like sugar added, thats why they say on the tub "water or juice like grape or apple" aim for something less acidic so its not killed in the liquid. The sugar helps it to be absorbed into the bloodstream more effectively.

This product does not dissolve in water. Creatine Monohydrate must dissolve in water in order for your body to absorb it.
