I love your video Paulette. Thanks, it give me hope. I am facing Lumbar Surgery within the next month. My Neurosurgeon has recommended ALIF, however, after doing quite abit of research I believe ADR is a better option for me. I have 2 discs bulging above L5 - S1. I haven't been able to find any postings showing the scar. Was your surgery done Anteriorly? If so, would you mind posting a pic or contacting me. I want to be as prepared as possible.. I have some other questions too. Thanks
Can you comment on how Dr. Dalamarter's staff treated you during the entire procedure? And how was the follow-up with Dr. Dalamarter? How was the post-op? How were you treated as a patient? Thanks for answering these questions. I may one day have surgery to replace my level 5 S1.
@cutis1000 cutis1000... thanks for posting. I appreciate negative stories to balance out the equation. Everyone considering spine surgery should understand that nothing is guaranteed and that ALL spine surgeons have plenty of horror stories to go along with their hundreds of great ones. Dr. Delamarter is one of the best, but yes... that does not mean that he's perfect Mark
i just had my surgery of disc replacement yesterday ,on my cervical c6 c7 and i feel great no more pain so far i know still early to say that ,but im very satisfied with it ,i was so easy just feeling my throat sore ,im an athlete and i had prodisc c also ,i was walking in the same day but i had to spend the night on the hospital !of course u gotta find a good surgeon !good luck everybody!any question just contact me!
I am a Dual ADR L4-S1 patient (Prodisc). It has saved my life and I hope those who could benefit from this technology are directed towards it. One thing I have learned is the flow of money dictates people's care more than the art of healing. Ask ?s and Research WELL.
I know it has saved my life and I hope this video can reach people and open doors for them as well. We all know to well how horrible this pain is.
