i have one question, what type of metal did you use to make the blade? did you use spring steel?

  • Umm, the hand grip is to big and you don't have an handguard...

  • for a first it looks really good now you can paint it and make it look even cooler

  • quick question did u use Cryoswolfs tutorial???

  • you should make the handle thinner :P

  • What kind of steel did you use for the blade? How many hours did it take to make your sword? It looks like you put a lot of time into making such a fine instrument. Thumbs up!

  • Wow u're a hardcore martial arts fan/follower/student

  • DragonZord90, my humble opinion on this reply would be, that black doesn't always work in a Ninja's world. In a Ninja's world, what time of the day is it? Is he in the desert, in the rain forest, or high in the upper lands of Mt. Fugi (snow)? You see, The weapons of a Ninja should also blend into the background, as for the Ninja, himself. Hope this tid bit helps you.

    Honorable TK

  • As a Shodan myself, for several years, I commend you on this first sword. Actually few students can make a sword as functional, as yours. The stand for it is also well done. Some students get frustrated on this process. They have to understand that, it isn't the level of beauty of a weapon that will defeat an enemy, but, the functionality. You have achieved this. Well done!!

  • that is really cool, I made one myself just like that. except in the handle, it has a spot for flour to distract my opponent (not that I would ever have one, but it just adds to the coolness and it took me about a minute thirty seconds to drill the hole so...) I do have a question though. How did you drill the holes in the metal to get the full tang, I tried and couldn't do it
