Tommy Thompson, he was actually the governor be4 doyle. He could really speak. Bush Jr. gave him a job in his cabinet, H&H services i believe. He was great though, his welfare system was great. I believe quite a few states have adopted it.

Conservation would provide very limited relief for a short period of time. The world economies are simply outpacing global supply. But, putting the US on a diet would only further our economic stagnation.
