Regarding the Lazy vault--Is it absolutely necessary to put your other hand on the thing you're vaulting over once you clear it? Because i only use one hand and don't bother pushing off with the other.

You could also look up kong vault tutorials, I recommend Jess La Flair and Urban current. Train safely don't do anything stupid like doing a kong on a concrete if you're learning, watch you break your face. Stay Positive!

@Flat0506313609 don't worry about it parkour is about freedom and getting from one place to another naming the vaults like that is only useful when trying to ask someone about a vault they did once instead of describing every aspect of the vault. when doing parkour its good to try what is natural and pushing it into faster or cleaner stuff monkey and lazy are very good starters and get the job done.
