Meh not as hard as Elder Princess Shroob. Her final form is a pain. At the end it was just luck. I lost every character except for Baby Luigi. Baby Luigi hit a giant ball of energy back at EPS and killed her XD

Yeah she was one of the hardest well, what I used ta defeat her was a badge I bought at the sewer bean place there. lol
