I hate this....I hate everything that involves Flandre/Flandre's theme in something like this she is a 495 year old vampire girl who was 5 when turned into one and sent to be in a cell for 500 years by her own sister for controling so much powerful energy SHE ISN'T EVIL just upset that she missed alot

The only official things are her name, age, species, and being locked in the basement :P And all the songs and such you speak of aren't necessarily saying she's evil; just that she's fucked up in the head and has a bit too much power to handle.
