on powerpoint O_o Ouch ! Very strange way :p The fact is that I use Windows Movie Maker so I can't do any thing on it :/

no i edit the photos and make them line up on powerpoint then import them into movie maker

I don't see your way actually ... How do you know when it's good align ?

you take the first photo as a guide then insert a second photo on top. then crop the new photo through the eyes, then line up the eyes on the top and bottom photos, resizing and rotating may be nessessary, then crop the photo again so the whole face is visable again and save the newly cropped photo as a new image

But to avoid to rotating, why do you not cut the border ?

you sometimes need to rotate the photo if you hold the camera wonky or your head isn;t straight, it wont line up otherwise
