Why not just post the written transcript on a web site or blog, then? I do agree with the message; it's the audio quality I'm griping about. The audio isn't being read by an actual person. My guess is that the authors created a document and used software for the sight-impaired to read it while using an on-board mic to record the sound. That's why it says "one hundred dollarS bills." It's not fabulous quality, but the effect is interesting.
