bad move, mistake by pilots, glider goes in lock-out (by not flying towards the towingmachine),

this is the bigest mistake a tow-pilot can make.

a knot in the lines left side. the glider turn left, the pilot brake too much the right side and stall..

A couple of problems. Sloppy layout of the canopy, poor communication between the pilot and the crew, the initial speed of the tow (too quick from the start). The first person to say go go go should've been the pilot, not the bystander.

Ja widze kilka problemow: niedbaly rozklad skrzydla, slaba komunikacja pomiedzy pilotem a pomoca, zbyt ostry start. Komenda "go go go" nalezy do pilota a nie do widowni.

Just after pull off it seems that there is a knot in the lines. Check wing just after take off - which made the wing to turn, and eventually a lock out (due to tow).

He can be glad he wasn't higher!!
