I saw Myles with Slash back in early 2011 when they opened for Ozzy, and the only thing I could think at that point was "If Slash, Duff, Steven, and Izzy all got together with Myles, and toured as Guns N' Roses, I doubt anybody would lose sleep" Axl always puts on a good show, provided he shows up and doesn't walk off, but I think his train has just about run its course. Chinese wasn't worth waiting 16 years for.

Axl sings this SOOOO much better than Myles Kennedy. Axl has the attack, the rasp and the power for most of it. Myles hits the notes but he hits them with a very thin voice.
...its just these guys are all great players. but they didnt really come together and make this monster we call guns n roses. the only original is Axl andDizzy if you consider him but in order for a legitimate experience it would be best with all of the original egos, not just axls. hes become more chilled out so i dont think he will dictate as much and i think hes gonna do the reunion all in short time

It makes me laugh how some go "Ashba is good but Slash plays it better"... How exactly? Ashba plays the solo just like Slash except that he (like any artist would) adds his own twist to make it his... I mean he already has to play a bunch of songs he didn't write as it is (except for "The Ballad Of The Death" and "Mi Amor") like to also try to sound exactly like Slash to please some fans who STILL live in late 80s and early 90s... Nothing this GN'R formation does will ever please those "fans".

@thatsitfuckit he's a believer in chinese dem, it was a disappointment in sales coz the reviews slaughtered it when its a really great album, forget about who's in it and feel the music and its really something. he did something new he did for every album. this band is full of great performers. bumblefoot was recommended by Joe Satriani a Guitar Legend, Ashba wrote songs for Motley Crue and works with nikki sixx for Sixx Am , Fortus toured with Thin Lizzy last year(after gary moore died)

It makes me laugh how some go "Ashba is good but Slash plays it better"... How exactly? Ashba plays the solo just like Slash except that he (like any artist would) adds his own twist to make it his... I mean he already has to play a bunch of songs he didn't write as it is (except for "The Ballad Of The Death" and "Mi Amor") like to also try to sound exactly like Slash to please some fans who STILL live in late 80s and early 90s... Nothing this GN'R formation does will ever please those "fans".

I'm really sorry but this is not Guns N Roses. It's just Axl Rose with good musicians. Dont get me wrong, its a good performance, but the '93 lineup, with so much cocaine(so much...), was better than 1996-2011 band.I'm not talking about original lineup because I respect Axl/Slash/Steven/Duff/Izzy.Personally,I prefer to go to a Slash band concert and listen to Slash solos and Myles Kennedy vocals.I dont like Axl's voice and I think DJ ASHBA playing feels absolutely nothing... and neither do I.

Amo o new Guns!!!Axl fez bem em tomar as rédeas da banda, pois só ele tem cacife pra isso!! Slash é ótimo guitarrista (mas era um alienado), Izzy é um ótimo compositor (mas gosta de viver q nem cigano), Duff sofria de sindrome do pânico...Então só poderia ser Axl Rose q sempre foi um líder nato!!!
