I got some pics of a crappy pizza from them, 1/3 of the pizza has no sauce and just a few drops of cheese. Its pathetic looking. I emailed them about it over 2 weeks ago and they replied that the local store manager would be contacting me to take care of it. Huge suprise, nothing from them at all. Will be my last time to ever get anything from Dominos.

I work at Domino's, and when we get negative customer feedback at our franchise, our manager instantly calls the customer to get more information, and then specifically tells whoever made the mistake what they did wrong and how they need to proceed in the future - or else. If I had to guess, I'd say your pizza was made by a new employee who was low on experience, because getting sauce and cheese distribution to standard is not difficult.

The store location was conroe tx, loop 336 north. But either way 2 weeks after corporate saying I should be hearing back from the store asap I replied to the corporate email and told them I had never heard anything at all back. That was over a week ago and never heard anything back from them either.

Here's my Papa John's solution to make the crust delicious, superceding even the taste of Dominoes butter crust. You dip the end crust into that tub of garlic butter Papa John's gives with every pizza and soak it nice and good and you get an orgasm of buttery goodness in each bite. I've been known to melt butter in the microwave to "top up" the butter tub when it ran low LOL.
