It's the same stephy,she's the one in this movie and also the one in the music videos with alex..is just that she can looks hella different depends on her makeup.Even I a fan of her couldn't recognize her at times but she's always cute one way or another so it's a ll good..& no she isn't new,she been in the industry for a while now.=)
