  • What is sin? The glory of God not honored The holiness of God not reverenced The greatness of God is not admired The power of God is not praised The truth of God is not sought The wisdom of God is not esteemed The beauty of God is not treasured The goodness of God is not savored The faithfulness of God is not trusted The promises of God are not relied upon The commandments of God are not obeyed The justice of God is not respected The wrath of God is not feared The grace of God is not cherished
  • That which offends you only weakens you. This is your ego at work convincing you that the world shouldn't be the way it is. You can’t reach the creative Spirit of God by being offended. Being offended creates the same destructive energy that offended you in the first place and leads to attack, counterattack, and war. But you can become an appreciator of life and match up with the creative Spirit of God the Creator!!

    Peace.

  • this is exactly what i needed and i didnt even know it <3

extraordinary work! this entire video i had goosebumps but at the climax at 4:11 in the song, combined with the power of the picture, my whole body felt like it was floating.

    Jesus brought me here <3

  • Beautiful, thanks for sharing....

  • Jews <3

  • Este arreglo de la canción original " Yo se que vive mi Señor" es muy bueno... me ayuda a meditar y a recordar quien soy en todo momento... =)

  • I love this song. It reminds me of my past life. ( My childhood.) I had a hard life, but when I am having a hard time, I still think of Lord Jesus. Because he had a even more hard time than me So that I should be very happy and feel blessed. Well I am blessed. So thank you, for sharing this video with us today. And also Let God bless you! :)

  • @MyZonezone This is very encouraging and uplifting comment, thank you. :)

  • @jenaemp no problem :)

  • i would really like to play this beautiful song its marvellous!

some of you could send me the sheet music? orwhat can a do in ordes to get it?

    im from argentina!

  • Great song but I am not a Mormon. I am a Christian.

  • @stryeker Mormon's are Christian. We Worship Christ, just as you do.

  • @philconey11 lol...Google: Are Mormon's christians? one you google it click on the seafox website near the top and read up so I don't have to argue forever.

  • @stryeker

That article has a lot of un-researched information. It's quite wrong on several accounts. I do understand the opinion that Mormons aren't Christians in terms of what has traditionally been called Christian, because it's not a traditional protestant sect. But in terms of the basic definition as "Someone who follows Jesus Christ and his teachings" then yes, mormons are, in fact, Christian people. The official website is Mormon.org

Go there for accurate info and description of beliefs.

  • This song gives me a STRONG feeling that I should leave home and travel the world by myself.

  • This really shows how amazing our God is. The One who transcends everything took the mere form of his creation and defeated death for love of us. The pictures, music, and message are in complete harmony. So awesome.

  • My Redeem LIVES!!! (: This generation will all be a witness! Athiest or not, Other religion or Christian. Like the figtree is ready to bloom, you know it's summer. As the world is going to crap... you know the season of my redeemer is here! MY REDEEMER LIVES! <3 God bless you all!

  • Paul Cardall = Truly One of THE Best Pianists of Our Time. ^_^

  • this is amazing! so beautiful! i love this song so much......and i think the pictures made it whole. it just makes me feel so good inside.

  • Seems I'm not the only non-religious person who enjoys this song very much. I actually woke up to it playing on my ipod on Pandora. Very nice.

  • I've been replaying this for the last hour! This piece speaks to me somehow.

  • Does anyone know what movie this is in? I know it's in a movie and can't figure out what it is...

  • Listening to this song while looking outside wondering if you're still thinking about me.. wondering if my heart still exists within your world.. listening to those words of love we've shared in the past touching our two hands becoming one; I've wondered.. will there be a tomorrow for us or will there just be a tomorrow..

  • Perfect music video for this Christmas Season. Thank you Paul!

  • this is beautiful.

  • Upon further research on Paul Cardall, I found out that he is Mormon...I am Baptist. So, even though I don't believe everything that he does about life and spirituality, his music still sends a message of grace and hope. So, his music is still beautiful and inspirational. Enjoy!!

  • This song is called "Redeemer", which is who/what Jesus is. It's not "religious" so to speak...just the truth. This song is...beautiful . inspirational . amazing...everything that Jesus is! I do however agree that even if you aren't a "religious" person, this song is still beautiful and amazing! It just has so much more meaning if you understand what it is really all about.

  • I am a man of faith but from a different faith group than these pictures represent. While they start off as rather generic Christian type of pictures, but end up with the story of the Mormons. Not traditional Christian teaching. That said, this is one of the most beautiful pieces of mucic I have ever heard. Whether or not a person belongs to a specific faith group or not, to me this shows that we share a spiritual aspect common to humans. This piece touches the spirit in each of us.

  • This is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for posting this.

  • Whether you view this song religiously or not, it is beautifully arranged. I feel a deep sense of serenity when I listen to it.

  • Seeing the images of Jesus' life timed with the song just moves me to tears. I couldn't imagine hearing it without that powerful context could evoke the same powerful meaning. It would be like hearing it half deaf to me.

  • this song is insanely good. all that can be said

  • Music and the talent to play instruments are given by God. This is an amazing piece and God is the reason he alive and playing piano. God saved this man from a terrible sickness. And as far as Religion is all about faith. Faith can makes us feel secure and gives us hope during hard times. If we don't believe in nothing was the point of living? A life with no hope or faith will not give happiness at all. Look how God saved this mas and is making incredible music by the inspiration God gives him.

  • i really like this song. i actually discovered it while looking for relaxing music to listen to with my cousin on pandora. we both love the song but i agree that all the religiousness that was put into the video was a bit much. love the song though :)

  • praise god and the beautiful tallents he gives people to make music in his name :)

  • I own his Paul Cardall's CD's this song is on the album "Sacred Piano" and he plays AMAZINGLY!!!!!!!!!Thank you for the Context of the References to Jesus Christ and his Mortal Ministry...he can teach those that want to be more like him to do as he asked of Peter...give up all your riches and server one another !

  • This gives me goose bumps every time I listen to it. I am eternally grateful for Christ and his atonement. Glad to be Mormon!

  • very touching, thank you for the post

  • Wow, now that is powerful

  • Amen

  • I'm a Methodist and while I disagree theologically with the ending piece but I do love this song and its message of the eternal love of Christ

  • I really like this song. I don't like it because it's religious at all (I'm not religious), but because it's beautiful. Even if I were an atheist (which I'm not, I'm agnostic) I would still like this song.

  • @KittyKatKatrina89 I'm agnostic and anti-religious. I don't care for the religious context because religion breeds ignorance.

  • @KittyKatKatrina89 Being an atheist, I was actually surprised to learn of the religious context that this piece is derived from. I guess it should have been obvious from the title, but nonetheless, that is the beauty of instrumental music, the context is interchangeable - what was a religious song can no longer be, and it won't take away from the piece.

  • That piece fills me with nostalgic memories of my mission.

  • beautiful song, it's one of my favorites. beautiful pictures as well. where did you find all those? they are lovely. very nice arrangement.

  • Wow, very beautiful song! The video could have left out the religious context which would have really made it all that much better but the song is amazing...

  • I am not offended at the comment. Quite the opposite. I appreciate that everyone likes it so much. I really just wanted to point out that the song is called Redeemer, and it is Paul Cardall's arrangement of a song that is called "I know that my Redeemer Lives" by Lewis D. Edwards and Samuel Medley. Hence the religiousness. Thanks for everyone's comments. I appreciate them. :)

  • @sokrplyr2 Gotta appreciate people's acceptance of criticism. I'm quite fond of this song, by the way. Thank you for sharing.

  • @sokrplyr2 Gotta admire the acceptance of criticism. I'm quite fond of this song, by the way. Thank you for sharing.

  • @sokrplyr2 I originally thought the same thing as helloman1976. I am not religious, and often forget about the idea that there could be a god at all. Every once and a while though I'll stumble onto something that really makes me question my lack of faith. This song is one of those things. It's hard to believe something so beautiful as this song exist without inspiration from a higher power. I find this song rather uplifting in that respect. Thank you for posting it.

  • @sokrplyr2 thank you so much brother you have made this song more meaningful to me

muchas gracias hermano, has hecho que esta cancion cobre mas significado para mi

  • @sokrplyr2 If I could give your comment 100 thumbs I totally would, that was the most genuinely perfect response you could give well done to not be offended.

  • @sokrplyr2 you handled all the (anti)religious comments with the classiest response I have seen on Youtube in a while. May a thousand internet winz bestowed upon to you sir. -An Atheist

  • @sokrplyr2 lol, you handled that really well, I love the humor involved, I was really shocked to see someone post that, but I suppose if you didn't know the back ground of the song that would make sense. God bless you for making this, you did an excellent job, I posted it on FB so others can see. Take care!! :-)

  • You don't understand the power this song has BECAUSE of its religious context. That's even shameful just to say. It's not religious context, it's what the song is, within and without. There is nothing to it without that which it was written to mean.

  • @helloman1976 I really don't understand why it having a spiritual implication (made by the artist) makes it any less of an amazing piece... that's like eating 2 pieces of meat, identical in production, cooked by the same chef, and served at the same table, yet saying one tastes better than the other because of the color of the platter it happens to rest on. I'm not against whatever you believe, but when a "religious context" makes a song all the more amazing, I take that as your loss, not mine.

  • Whether you like it or not the Man died for you! Even if you don't believe in Him he believes in you.

  • @theshack25 He never existed and therefore never died. Even if he did die "for me" he was a human being who claimed to be a god, there's been millions of those and we even have them today. Grow up.

  • @helloman1976 Haha Jesus (the man) did in fact exist. He was a man who spoke for human rights, which were not only unheard of, but considered "blasphemous". That he called himself the "Christ", was nothing more than a way to gather followers and cause an uproar between the religious leaders/people of Jerusalem and the Romans. Basically, he was a revolutionary. Religion = control of the masses/sheep (no pun intended lol)

  • @helloman1976 Yes forbid we worship the Creator who made us and sent His only Beloved Son for sinners. Shaking my head. I will worship Him no matter who likes or dislikes it. As much as sinners push their irreligion on me I will push my religion on them. May the Lamb that was slain receive the reward for His suffering! Praise you Jesus.

  • This is without a shadow of a doubt, the most powerful piece of music ever written. Ever. I force myself only to watch it when I absolutely need to, so it's just as special each and every time. I feel the spirit so very strongly every time I do. :) It's absolutely amazing.

  • I love this!

  • Beautiful! Thank You!!!

  • Very well done!! Thanks for sharing.
