Cute interview, but she shouldn't have said that "shelter dogs" can be problematic. All dogs want to be a part of a family or live with an individual. There are so many dogs in need of good homes all over the country. It's a shame. But congrats to the Obama family--great people.
What is going on, one we see a month or so old puppy in the White House playing with President Obama. On the other hand we see what "news" is calling the first meeting, but the puppy has grown many months. Has "bo" been in the White House for months now and we been told otherwise of course. But why? I will admit I'd not like how this was prepared or done, in hiding the presence of the new White House dog, bo.
I for one was let down, thinking I would see a younger puppy. You know, like we saw originally. Children like adults enjoy a playful puppy. Did anyone see yesterday First Lady, kneeling with Bo? one could barely see. The dog did what's natural to him and it was hidden. We should think less of ourselves and more about our animals. Mona a cat, one that needs rescued? whichever it's an excellent idea.
I wonder what it would be like to be the presitants dauter

Bo is named for BO Diddily, one Michelle's fav musicians. That's a very cool idea with the initials!

Of course, Obama stated it was top-secret op.
