CSP Update: 1 Year since Day 1 of Dermatillomania Challenge 19 August 2011

Hi! I have always felt so alone, but now I've found out I'm not as I've atched some videologs with other people struggling dermatillomania.. I'm on my 10th day in my 30 day challenge and I know we can beat it together! U are so inspirational! Love from Norway:)

I just started my journey today. Ive always known that picking was a problem and have promised my self countless times Id stop, but for one reason or another I just went back to the habit. Its been about 3 straight years that Ive had this habit and for the first time today I took a good, hard look at myself and hated what I saw. I decided to look up stuff online on face picking and found your vlog. Thanks for posting your videos its given me some hope that I can stop or at least reduce my habit.

Aaaah babe you know, I am proud of you cos its been a year where you have consisently tried to change your habit, much better than how I have been with mine. Babe try to keep of your nose, for the sake of your piercing, its not looking too bad

I know I was amazed how few spots I actually get when I leave them alone, it's the picking and fiddeling that gives me bad skin, I don't have it when I leave it alone. Healing process under way now anyhoo, soon I hope to be back on track :D

It's exhausting isn't it? The clear skin/messed up skin cycle. Currently in a messed up one after 3 months of clear, not going to let it beat me though :)
