Its Kickshaw..! I've seen these guys perform several times. They were an all acappella group that simulated musical instruments with their voices.

I know Danny Figgins, the guy in the grey shirt to (our) left of Blake at the beginning of the clip and he's awesome too.

This appears to be about 5 or 6 years ago, so Blake is probably around 19 in this clip.
